For this stunning memorial located near the halls of Congress, Savoy fabricated (48) large panels of glass to be mounted into the ground. Each panel measured nine feet high by four feet wide and were almost four inches thick! Each of these 1,800-pound panels consists of etched, painted, and laminated glass.
